The role
You will map workflows, identify repeatable points of leverage, and define solutions that integrate with existing operating reality.
The work spans prompt systems, content operations, internal tooling, and client-facing workflow design.
Responsibilities
- Audit workflows for genuine AI leverage.
- Define implementation plans for internal and client-facing AI systems.
- Translate strategy into process, tooling, and governance recommendations.
- Work with engineering and leadership to scope high-value experiments.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of workflow design and operational systems.
- Ability to distinguish useful automation from novelty.
- Comfort writing clear recommendations and implementation briefs.
- Experience with AI-assisted content or operational tooling.
