Privacy Policy
Effective September 5, 2026. This policy explains how Redstart Media, Inc. collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information when you visit our websites, contact us, or work with us.
1. Information we collect
We may collect contact and business information, project details, instructions, content, files, account access, and other materials you choose to provide. We also receive ordinary device, browser, referral, page-use, and diagnostic information when you use our websites. Payment processors may handle payment-card details; Redstart Media generally receives transaction and billing records rather than complete card information.
2. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and support projects, manage hosting and maintenance, create and distribute content, operate marketing and advertising, measure performance, process invoices, protect our systems, improve our services, and meet legal obligations.
3. When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, storage, billing, analytics, advertising, production, and business operations; with collaborators or contractors authorized to work on an engagement; with platforms selected for a client project; when law or safety requires it; or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Advertising, analytics, and cookies
Our sites and client work may use cookies, pixels, analytics services, and advertising-platform tools to understand use, measure campaigns, limit repeated messages, or improve delivery. A client website may publish its own privacy policy for the tools used there. You can use browser and device controls to limit cookies or tracking, although some features may work differently.
5. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards suited to the information and services involved. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, the client relationship, operational records, security, dispute resolution, and legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and service.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about certain disclosures, and to opt out of some communications or data uses. Send a request to privacy@redstartmedia.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
8. International transfers
Our providers, platforms, collaborators, or project audiences may operate in different states or countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your location under protections appropriate to the service and applicable law.
9. Third-party services and links
Our websites and project deliverables may link to or depend on third-party sites, platforms, embedded media, social networks, or software. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
11. Policy changes
We may update this policy as our services, tools, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice.
12. Contact
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@redstartmedia.com or through our contact page.
