A fine art broker brings collectors and artwork together, often across a series of conversations. Your Fine Art Brokerage is being developed to connect that work to participating studios, the artwork they approve for representation, and the terms under which a broker earns a commission.
The model covers commissions from artwork sales and from referrals of artists who join Your Fine Art Studio. Both depend on connecting the broker’s contribution to the event that earns a commission. The brokerage application is in development, with the aim of giving brokers one place to manage the relationships and commissions behind their work.
Product relationship
The studio software creates a consistent source of artwork, artist, and commercial data. The brokerage software adds representation, distribution, attribution, and commission management around that shared foundation.
